This is a 3D modeling and rendering course that shows you how to model a sparkling diamond in Maya and Blender from scratch. The course includes high-quality subtitles with no typos for better comprehension (including keybinds). Default configs are used in both modeling packages without any third party scripts which need to be downloaded or bought, and all tools and keys pressed are explained along the way, so no prior experience in modeling or the above mentioned software packages is required to follow the course. No prior experience is needed for the rendering part of the course. Everything is covered, from how to setup the environment, the materials, shading, and lights to setting up the correct parameters to get a good RAW render, which can then be touched up in Photoshop.
